Added "Abstract" checkbox clolumn to Profile list view.

A little cleanup.

Bunch o' minor mods and bug fixes for Profile including...

Removed ProfileShowPanel
Disabled View button and capability from Profile List
Added Base Id to Profiles Table and changed Created By to Modified By

Fixed reference table so that it will work with Profiles.
Fixed comments so that they can be added to Profiles.
Fixed selected background in SelectRuleCheckboxRenderer

Deleting a compliance check now also sets a corresponding file's status to DELETED

Sync Stuff:
= Reduced the amount of unnecessary RTDocument validations
= Added a parameter to the DataManager.save(...) method to indicate whether or not the method should validate the document prior to saving (default is TRUE)
= delete syncs place files after compliance checks now
= upon deletion references properly mark associated files as deleted

The "Language" combo box is now a required component.

= Changed the JTable for the How-To section to be a VariableRowHeightTable due to its JTextArea cell renderer
