After editing a recommendation the user's table view will remain on whatever is selected (Assigned To Me, All, Deleted, etc.)

Fixed Bug #2568679: deleted items (comments, files, matters, etc.) are not pulled down during a "Select App" anymore. This will reduce the memory footprint carried by the RT and processing overhead associated with validation.

Changed the way the db scripts work. There are separate scripts for adding default data and creating tables now.
