changed blue alt row color to align with color suggested by Lee.

Added alternating row colors to many of the tables. Now it alternates between very light blue and white backgrounds.

Implemented select in VersionedItemTypeDAO. Implemented select for list of application ids in ApplictionTypeDAO.
