Added alternating row colors to many of the tables. Now it alternates between very light blue and white backgrounds.

Implemented select in VersionedItemTypeDAO. Implemented select for list of application ids in ApplictionTypeDAO.

Made DAO classes public.

AppComponentIdedVersionedItemTypeDAO.java: Make the generic Class<?> less generic.

All the rest: Use new constructor to set resepective classes. Removed implementation of select().

Implemented select in AppComponentIdedVersionedItemTypeDAO that uses reflection to create items of the correct class. Added constructor and set method so derived classes can set their item classes.
