Implemented select in VersionedItemTypeDAO. Implemented select for list of application ids in ApplictionTypeDAO.

AppComponentIdedVersionedItemTypeDAO.java: Make the generic Class<?> less generic.

All the rest: Use new constructor to set resepective classes. Removed implementation of select().

Implemented select in AppComponentIdedVersionedItemTypeDAO that uses reflection to create items of the correct class. Added constructor and set method so derived classes can set their item classes.

Corrected NPE when constructing main windows if the default application is not found in the client xml.
Added support for CPE names in the add/edit application window
