Made IDs smarter. We now check to see if an ID is already used before assigning it.

Deleted old unneeded code

Handle DatabaseExceptions in a few places that Netbeans didn't tell me about earlier.
Uset displayExceptionMessage instead of displayWarningMessageBool for exceptions.

Added GlobalUITools.displayFataException() which shuts down the RTClient after the user hits OK.

Removed or replaced System.exit() calls with MetaManager.getRTClient.shutdown(), GlobalUITools.displayExceptionMessage() or displayFatalExceptionMessage() from everywhere except RTClient.shutdown()

Call GlobalUITools.displayFatalException() when we can't save RTDocument file or auto save file.
