Ready for review

Added abstract select(applicationId, itemId) to AbsDAO and implemented in derived classes. This is to support returning the item stored in the database when there is a version conflict when trying to update or delete.

Added new CheckLanguageTypeDAO
Fixed other daos so that they won't overwrite db_deleted value on update.

ReferencesTablePanel:
++ Now fires a data_changed property change event upon deletion of a reference ( like the ReferenceRefTablePanel )

Added Synchronization Update-specific classes.

Fixed a bug:
Deleting references from recommendations didn't work...now it does.

After modifying a Rule, it will remain selected in the Recommendation Table. The selection is removed when changing the view filter or changing the application.

Cleaned up the MatterHelper. It now resolves issues with multiple instances of orderNum's in a cleaner fashion.

Server now returns baseline RTDocument to client when client has no RTDocument xml file
