Updated application table and DAO to include proper ids and dates

Fixed the UserTypeDAO class and the DB creation script to include schema-required fields.

UserNewJDialog:
++ Added a call to VersionedItemTypeHelper.markAsNew() to take care of some required fields (this may be unnecessary)

users roles should be optional

Still writing the html view of xccdf. Needed to check in for benchmark course cd though

Added image to the about dialog and set the selected row color to lee's suggested color

Commented out sync menu

Added selected foreground and background colors
