Added support for import of OCIL checks. Previously, all checks were assumed to be OVAL. If the check is neither OVAL or OCIL, its check-laguage is set to UNKNOWN. All imported applications will have UNKNOWN check-language. On export, set check-fact-ref/@href to be the original file name. The RT uses that field as file id reference. In export dialog, set the output directory to last used directory. |

Change the check-fact-ref href from file name to RT file reference, and make that reference, if necessary. Make sure to not delete that file when cleaning up unreferenced files. Still need to to the reverse on export. |
