Change the check-fact-ref href from file name to RT file reference, and make that reference, if necessary. Make sure to not delete that file when cleaning up unreferenced files.

Still need to to the reverse on export.

Default to cpe:2.3: platform in GUI

Still need to handle check-fact-ref files in platform-specification. They are not imported or exported, yet.

Use the correct version of cpe-language_2.3.xsd (don't know how there could be different ones!) and added cpe-naming back in since cpe-language uses it.

Added import of cpe-language schema to RT schema.

Loosened platform name rules and removed cpe-naming schema import (and repository).
