When a step is entered in a How-to is over approximately 490 characters, the text box does not expand to show all of the text, whether the step itself is selected or not. The information over this limit is saved but is not visible. Expanding the size of the entire Recommendation box then stretches the text boxes so that more text is visible, but the Step text boxes should expand on their own.
