There is a discrepancy using the tab key in the How-To window when the return key is also used. After a certain number of returns, you may select the next step with one tab key stroke while others require two tab keystrokes. An example is listed below and the number of return keys required depends on the amount of steps present (more detailed explanation following example).

1. Title, Recommendation = anything
2. How-To tab: description = anything
3. In the How-To tab, add 4 steps and name them accordingly: Step 1 = A, Step 2 = B, Step 3 = C and Step 4 = D.
4. Select Step1:A with left mouse click
5. Hit Tab key once
Notice that Step2: B is highlighted
6. Hit Tab key twice
Notice that Step 3: C is highlighted
7. Hit Return key once
Notice that Step 4: D is highlighted
8. Hit Tab key twice
Notice that Step 4: A is highlighted.

The Tab key needs to be entered twice in the final step when the Return key is hit once, but also occurs for 6-9 times, 14-17 times, or every other group of four. However, the Tab key needs to be entered once in the final step when the Return key is hit 2-5 times, 10-13 times, or every other group of four. For example:

Steps 1-6 same as above.
7. Hit Return key 3 times
Notice that Step 2: B is highlighted
8. Hit Tab key once
Notice that Step 3: C is highlighted.

If there were instead 6 steps, the cycles would occur in 6. For example you would only need to hit the Tab key once to select the next step after hitting the Return key 4-9 times, 16-21 times etc.

Suggestion: Change RT so that the tab key always selects the next step after one Tab key entry.
