In the How-To tab, one way to highlight/select different steps is to press the tab key (if more than one step). However, the number of required tab stokes is inconsistent. For example,
1. Title, Recommendation = anything
2. How-To tab: Add four steps and name them accordingly: Step 1 = A, Step 2 = B, Step 3 = C and Step 4 = D.
3. Select Step1:A with left mouse click
4. Hit tab key once
Notice that Step2: B is highlighted
5. Hit tab key twice
Notice that Step3:C is highlighted.
6. Hit tab key twice
Notice that Step4:D is highlighted.
You may continue with 2 tab strokes to highlight the next step (and can continue to circle through the steps). However, the two tab key process is changed when you select a step with the mouse (as in step 3). To highlight the step below, you hit the tab key once. Thereafter, you need to hit it twice.

Suggestion: Change setting so you may highlight sequential steps by hitting the tab key once.
