              <h1>Herzlich Willkommen bei RAT - das Remote Assistance Tool</h1>

              <p>RAT ist eine Open Source Remote Supportl&ouml;sung, die es erlaubt, unabh&auml;ngig von den eingesetzten Netzwerktolologien, von einem Helpdesk-Arbeitsplatz auf einen entfernten Kunden-PC zuzugreifen. Der Supporter hat die M&ouml;glichkeit, einen Chat zu starten, den Bildschirm des Kunden zu beobachten und ihn zu &uuml;bernehmen.</p>

              <p>Die Handhabung der Supportl&ouml;sung auf der Kundenseite ist ohne Installation und Konfiguration m&ouml;glich und kann mit einfacher Anleitung per Telefon oder E-Mail durch den Kunden problemlos ausgef&uuml;hrt werden.</p>
