* Updated the service_ctl code to properly track forks of services
* Added an "SERVICE_STATE_ERROR" state in case something goes wrong with a given service during a state transition

* Added some ability to manage servics - tracks PIDs of daemons (or is close to being able to do so) through the ptrace function

* Lots of client/server work done. Implemented something that _should_ cause two rcstagger daemons to update their states on connecting to each other... or deadlock. Not sure which yet...

* Moved project into client and daemon sub-projects
* Successfully implemented two encrypted commands from the client to the daemons - listlocalservices and listremoteservices

* Commit before making project changes...

* Finished config parsing for local and remote service structures
* Fixed a nasty bug in the server loop that would crash if a remote host doesn't have an active connection when inside the server loop

* Added config file parsing for local services and remote hosts (including quoted strings)
