Looks like preparing environment for Windows build is not trivial procedure (i.e. README_QtCreator_Windows.txt). And this is a barrier to involving in the project development.

It needs to simplify (make shorter) anyway this procedure.

The build procedure has been simplified - removed necessity to manual copy Qt's libraries in qt5runtime64bit or qt5runtime32bit folders. Now added using Qwt from 3rd-party subdirectory instead of using system's installed vertion - this is removed necessity to Qwt separate building.
