Help text for entry 10.1 needs to be updated in accordance with the new QMRF numbering schema. Consider something like "A unique numeric identifier is assigned to all QMRFs that are published in the JRC inventory. The identifier takes the form QMRF-\<year>-\<number>-\<version>, e.g. QMRF-2009-213-1, where '2009' is the year of publication, '213' is the unique QMRF number in that year (typically consecutive as new documents are added), and '1' is the version of the document."</version></number></year>
