1). A way for employees to see all projects and be
able to accept an assigned project by submitting an
acceptence, the root would approve their acceptence or
deny it with a denial reason and then the project
would stay up for grabs.
2). Root can set permissions to allow each employee to
see all message boards and notes and messages for
every project or not.
3). A message board all employees can chat on together.
4). A drop down list of of all the employees when
sending messages for easily choosing the employee you
want to send the message to.
