PSP Mario - The New Worlds Code

[~]Changes to movement code whilst jumping.
[!]Fixed previous jumping code. Now more fluid.
[~]Jumping code has been completely changed (in terms of how it works.)

[~]Changes to running code, fixes issue with the speed taking to long to increase thus making it look like mario is charging up a run.
[~]Changes to jumping code, not perfect yet and still being worked on.
[!]Fixed Brick Block issue.
