[!]Final Change in Luaplayer, now using LuaDev.

[!]Now Using Luaplayer Plus, as IntraFont support was playing up on Luaplayer Euphoria for me.
[+]Commit concentrates on the debugMenu, trying to get a decent menu now, so that i have a nice set of debug features for the long run.
[~]But also it gives me a chance to get used to Luaplayer again and it's functions.

[!]Luaplayer Euphoria's IntraFont support didn't work on version 7.3, so i've had to update the thing to v8.
[!]Also the old Font functions were removed so no .ttf loading anymore, thus had to speed a stupid amount of time trying to find a converter tool. Finally found one.
[!]So now using LPEv8 and intraFont as my default font loading & rendering.

[!]Deleted Un-stable PC testing, now moving to pure PSP testing. As the build was very unstable and out of date for the needs of the project.
[!]Tested and confirmed the functionality of the state machine classes in-game.
[!]Started to add in the booting stage of the game, as that is atleast somewhat complete (I have the resources i need to finish that here)

[!]First Stage of Clean-up is to delete un-needed resources as they have been moved into the newer build now anyway.

[!]After a few long years, im back on this project to slowly improve and start afresh.
The older build will be deleted in time, for now it'll remain but as progress and features are added into the newer build i'll start to get rid of some of the un-needed files.
