Commit [r13] Maximize Restore History

Improved constellation lines data file format and greatly simplified the struct

connection. Moved draw_constellation_lines() to the section with the drawing
routines. Explained the main() function in greater detail. Added @q'@> and
such to help the GNU Emacs C++ major mode.
