In files (and in some other parts) you can set OS settings. Most of this input fields are text fields, where you can write anything. While this is good for specific things and developers who know what to put there, most of us are unaware of this options.
My application for example has also native parts (from different libraries), which I wish to add for specific platforms. I differntiate between different flavors of Unix system (I have native parts for linux-32bit, linux-64bit, linux-ia64, freebsd, sparc...). It would be nice if user could select correct option here, or use textfield if Custom option selected.
Arhitecture could also be problem, there are different flavors of 64bit architecture, which could all use same files, so in this option it would be nice to have checkboxes, so that depending on options, more than one include could be added to final xml from which izpack is compiled (I imagine you can't use one fileset for more than one platform specific settings).
