More clean-up for smlog debute; more otlkcon_printf() conversions. smlog err defines, function redefinations.

Changes to smlog library and OTLKCON_LOG_PRINTF() to allow printing to specific log targets. The definition of OTLKCON_LOG_PRINTF() has change to expect an integer as the first argument. The int specifies the target.

Adding obj2xml functions for displaying MAPI objects as XML grammers.

Felix - Added functions to create xml files and configure the backend. Also,
Added support to saving property values in the xml file.

Felix - Minor changes done to the front end to accomodate the xml backend. Specifically,
completed implementation of GetContentsTable, GetHierarchyTable, and OpenEntry
for folders and for the Logon Object. Also added a OTLKCON_ConfigureBackend
API function to add configuration information through ServiceEntry (this should
be moved to ConfigureGui or some similar function to be discussed.) Finally,
added STDMETHODIMP to the declaration of OTLKCON_ServiceEntry, and made minor
changes to load the backend during configuration.

add LIBXML_DIR to xml_backend build, Contributors format change, move hash.h to oltkcon_hash.hh
