[Oreka-user] Having issues with direction reporting

?Hey all,


I've been running Orkaudio successfully for a while now, but just today noticed that all my calls are being flagged as outbound. This makes sorting/searching in Orkweb a bit difficult as I can't narrow down to only inbound or outbound calls. Has anyone else seen this sort of thing or have any idea why it might be doing this? If you need any more info just let me know.
