Hello all, Has anybody managed to successfully setup Oreka for call recording from Cisco CallManager (6.X and above) It uses Built-In-Bridge functionality of the phone where the recording is initiated with SIP towards the recorder. I see SIP INVITE sent to Oreka server (with Wireshark), but the server is sending ICMP 590 Destination unreachable(port unreachable). I think CUCM side is fine. There has to be some additional setup for Oreka to send CUCM back 200 OK or sth so that RTP can start (I tried Oreka with span port on phone and it creates records). I assume I would have to set somewhere Jtapi username which I created on CallManager. Any ideas? Thanks a lot for any suggestions, I am pretty new at Oreka software so still struggling... regards goran |
