Krzysztof, Your best bet is to record the RTP with Oreka as usual and then use your CDR or CSTA info to add information to your database. Subject: [Oreka-devel] Call logging with pbx integration Hello there, i wander how to integrate ALU OmniPCX R9 with OrecX and do it with a style. i'st thing: there are more than a few ways to record audio and more than a one way to get some custom info about recoding. 1st I coud tap a call that goes from Telco to PBX with passive adapter and put it to wanpipe/sangoma (could i do it? the wiki on sangoma only shows picture how to do it when sangoma is routing calls to zaptel,. i know that i could go with DS2155 in passive receiver mode, use two ports card to record one E1 stream and do it by zaptel/dahdi without a softswitch running). Then i got: calling number, called number, time/date, duration, and of course B channel contents with separate two voice streams. BUT: PBX integration allows for: -data from CDRs, so at first internal number that picked a call (you dial +48.22.123 000 000 but receiving internal extension is 1202). Info if the call was transfered during the call etc... -data from CSTA, so i could have a lot more, and do it in real time what whould you propose on this subject, should i write my own plugin? or should i start with RTP capturing and write only plugin for some more meta-data ? any help or directions? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Return on Information: Google Enterprise Search pays you back Get the facts. http://p.sf.net/sfu/google-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Oreka-devel mailing list Ore...@li... https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/oreka-devel |
