[Oreka-user] create oreka db

Hello, i have follow the procedures but any of the procedures tells me or let me know that i have to create a DB for oreka in mysql so i guess that is why i can't login on the web page as admin/admin

can somebody help me on this ?  did i need to create a db for oreka ? what fields needs to be inside ? is there and script that creates the db and add the user admin to that db?
