It looks like SignalP is "currently available platforms include MIPS (under
IRIX, Silicon Graphics), SPARC (under Solaris, Sun), Alpha (under OSF1)
and Pentium family (under Linux)." This excludes PPC, which we currently
support. Further, SignalP is a commercial product. What route do we
want to take on this? SignalP is supported in BioPerl, and sounds quite
useful . . .
