#454 ACL BUG : Medical problems on new encounter

When i login as a clinician and i removed all view/edit for the medical problems (issues) when creating a new encounter there is a small window with the history of issues, it is visible even that in the patient file it is not

    Hi Sharon,

          Can you please double check the issue and let us know if you still facing the problem and the version of the openemr.
      We did not face this issue when  tried this with openemr 4.2.2 as a clinician.
