An updated version of osFAQ should be available sometime within the next month. It will focus on fixing any compatibility issues with the latest osTicket releases.
Most seem to be DOM (Document Object Model) related as far as I can tell; likely stemming from html5 standards and javascript libraries. Hopes are a few new features can be introduced to the system at the same time to provide some direct integration with the ticket area of osTickets.

Progress updates will be made public as they become available.
