Osmorc Code

OSMORC-3:
* Implemented loading of manifest from framework instance libraries.
* Reworked framework instance libary handling.

OSMORC-3: Libraries are now created for Equinox framework instances.

Working on OSMORC-3.
* Introduced an interface and a registry for framework integrators (First implementation will be an integrator for Equinox)
* Started working on a tool used to define different framework instances and to choose a specific framework instance for a project (aka. define a target platform)

Fixed OSMORC-7: Now a manifest file is automatically created when an Osmorc facet is added to a module. There is still a situation where the manifest files exists for IDEA but is never written to disc. Need to fix that before closing the issue.

* Now excluding any Osmorc zip from the source zip - not only the source zip itself.

* Switched on development mode in Equinox. It doesn't stop resolving bundles when a required bundle does not exist or some other constraints are not met.
* Added a simple ant build script for the generation of a source zip.

Now Equinox integration (OSMORC-6) is working and the tests also work.

* Added forgotten libs.
