Osmorc Code

Added tests for activator class renaming and enhanced tests for UnregisteredActivatorInspection.
Fixed some warnings shown by inspections.

* fixed OSMORC-130 - Make does not rebundle if bnd file is changed

MissingFinalNewlineInspection was a bit too eager and tried to check non manifest files - resulting in lots of NullPointerExceptions.
IDEADEV-37137: now also resolved for the generated manifest variant.

IDEADEV-37135:
* when building the bundle jar the original manifest file is used for modules that use manually edited manifest files.
* added an inspection with quickfix for the common error of not having the manifest file end with a final newline
Moved all inspection to new group "OSGi"

* fixed OSMORC-129 - Bnd include not working

* only enable OK-button when there is a result
* search button is default button in the search dialog
* default width of the search dialog increased

IDEADEV-37599: Dependencies on modules with Osmorc facet but without manually edited manifests are not removed anymore.

Added concept of framework specific actions that work on the selection of bundles that will be used for an OSGi run configuration.
Added 2 Equinox specific actions.
