Osmorc Code

Applied a patch by Nick Pratt and made some additional changes based on it. Now it is possible to define a separate config dir for the Equinox run config that will contain the config.ini and the caches and other metadata created by Equinox.

Switch to manually edited manifest files when an OsmorcFacet is found based on a manifest files.
Added shared run configs for tests and Osmorc.

* fixed a bug in the library bundling editor causing changes in the list order not to be saved
* updated the facet importer to 8.1 version of the maven plugin

* added first implementation of maven integration

Autocompletion for header names now always and only works in places where header names can be inserted.

Fixed some strange behaviors of the framework instance comboBox.

Added option to always rebuild the bundle jar (Useful when changes to files that go into the jar are somehow not recognized or when searching for changes takes a longer time than to actually rebuild the jar each time.)

The used IDEA JDK is now build 9732 (IDEA 8.1) and build 9732 is now at least required to run Osmorc.
