Addes change notes for 0.2.0 release.

BundleManifest getBundleVersion now returns a Version.

Added settings page for colors and fonts of manifest files.
There is no longer a notion of header value parts. There are only header values.

Implemented parsing of bundle version numbers.

Bundle-SymbolicName can now have directives.
Header parsers can now create values from the text of a ManifestHeaderValue.
ManifestHeaderValue has a new method to provide access to the parser generated value object.

Import-Package and Export-Package only worked for simple one level packages.

Added plugin home page URL.

InvalidImportInspection now only works on elements in modules with the Osmorc facet.
Checking for Osmorc facet is now provided by OsmorcFacet.
Osmorc now needs IDEA build 7590 (7.0.2) or greater.
