Osmorc Code

OSMORC-77, OSMORC-87, OSMORC-96 : Completely changed the whole additional JAR content handling. Now with file choosers and buttons for addilng, removing and editing content specification. Unfortunately it isn't compatible with the earlier implementation.

Splited the facet editor into three smaller chuncks.

OSMORC-95: Osmorc now better handles the situation that a framework instance has not yet been selected for a project.

OSMORC-100 + OSMORC-101: Bugs were not reproducible. Made sure that they cannot reoccur.

Updated changelog for 0.11.0 release.
Fixed a bug that prevented bundlification on Windows.

Added -consoleLog parameter for debug mode in OSGi Bundles run config for Equinox.

OSMORC-94: SelectedBundle.toString now takes into account that there may be no bundleURL as is the case for all bundles based on modules.

Another patch by Nick Pratt allowing to specify additional parameters which are passed to Equinox.
