* library building rules can now be applied to more than one library (reuse of rules)

OSMORC-70: The classpath of the Eclipse Equinox run configuration now only contains the JDK and the Equinox launcher.

OSMORC-67: Deleting the last remaining row in the table of additional jar contents does not produce an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException anymore

OSMORC-63: Imports from modules that aren't bundles are ignored.
Changed TestUtil to make the test for this bug possible.
