Fixed OSMORC-68, OSMORC-69, OSMORC-72

OSMORC-63: Added missing test data.

OSMORC-71: The classpath of the OSGi Bundles run configuration now only contains the JDK, the libraries needed to start the framework and optionally all bundle jars.

* fixed several bugs in the bundling process
* enabled boot delegation and system packages for equinox
* library building rules can now be applied to more than one library (reuse of rules)

OSMORC-70: The classpath of the Eclipse Equinox run configuration now only contains the JDK and the Equinox launcher.

OSMORC-67: Deleting the last remaining row in the table of additional jar contents does not produce an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException anymore

OSMORC-63: Imports from modules that aren't bundles are ignored.
Changed TestUtil to make the test for this bug possible.

Included hamcrest library which contains more matchers for the tests.
Reworked most tests to use assertThat and the additional matchers.
Wrote some new tests.

Adapted SettingsEditor to new IDEA 8 style configuration with subnodes instead of a tabbed pane.

OSMORC-59 : A RuntimeConfigurationException was thrown where a RuntimeConfigurationError should have been thrown.
