* added system packages and boot delegation support to all framework editors
* added system packages and boot delegation support to the knopflerfish and felix framework runners. Concierge seems to have no support for it, Equinox has support but requires some more work. Disabled on Equinox and Concierge until implemented in the runner.

* start levels are now built into all framework runners, except for Concierge which does strange things when the levels are set.
* Refactored addtional run properties support - run properties can now be edited for all framworks
* Found more-or-less-optimal type of settings for Knopflerfish (it seems that Knopflerfish's support for fragment packages is limited)
* Added clone option for Library bundling rules
* Refactored some dialogs to use jgoodies binding internally, which is cleaner and less code than before
* Renamed "Addtionalxxx" classes so framework name is now again at the start of the class name.
* commented out the Error handler as it seems to produce endless loops in case of an error, at least on mac os x

Updated EasyMock.
Preparations for next release.

More tests.
Hopefully fixed module dependency synchronization: Sometimes it just didn't update the dependencies correctly and IDEA needed to be restarted to correct this.

Reactivating OsmorcIssueSubmitter.

* added sun.* to the system packages
* added possibility to completely exclude libraries from the bundlification process
* cleaned up library rules dialog a bit

* removed bundle dependency sorting for now
* added start level to run configuration
* added bnd bundling rules to application-wide setup and bundle compiler
* added jgoodies binding for easier dialog creation

Finally took the time to find out how to test inspections.

OSMORC-54: Fixed some smelly code that produced a NullPointerException in some circumstances.

OSMORC-55: The inspections are working again.
