Osmorc Code

* added possiblity to specify additional properties that are to be added to the manifest that is automagically generated by osmorc (e.g. properties for Spring Dynamic Modules or something else)

* added an OSGI run configuration
* added editor for OSGI run configuration
* added I18N-support using OsmorcBundle
* added a quickstart document helping new developers getting things runnning within a few minutes

* NOTE: run config is only tested with Knopflerfish so far, won't work with anything else
