Osmorc Code

Reactivating OsmorcIssueSubmitter.

* added sun.* to the system packages
* added possibility to completely exclude libraries from the bundlification process
* cleaned up library rules dialog a bit

* removed bundle dependency sorting for now
* added start level to run configuration
* added bnd bundling rules to application-wide setup and bundle compiler
* added jgoodies binding for easier dialog creation

Finally took the time to find out how to test inspections.

OSMORC-54: Fixed some smelly code that produced a NullPointerException in some circumstances.

OSMORC-55: The inspections are working again.

OSMORC-53: EquinoxRunConfiguration now puts out meaningful error messages when some preconditions for its running are not met. It also isn't runable when one of those error messages are displayed.
OsgiRunConfiguration is now also not runable when the check finds some error.

Fixed a test that got broken because of the Concierge integration.

OSMORC-51: Applied the patch with some small changes.
Now using ModuleServiceManager instead of directly using the PicoContainer.
OSMORC-52: Now Osmorc only changes dependencies for modules with Osmorc facets for which manifests are edited manually.

OSMORC-48 : Pressing ESC while a project containing Osmorc facets is loading, produced an Exception.
