Fixed a warning.

Enabling Equinox debug output also enables writing the log to the console (very helpful if Equinox fails to start an application.)

OSMORC-50: It's now possible to specify additional JAR contents.

Some refactorings to enable better tests.
New tests for ModuleDependencySynchronizer.

OSMORC-49: Removed plugin.xml from bnd-0.0.254.jar .

OSMORC-47: Osmorc no longer removes dependencies on non-Osmorc modules

OSMORC-39: Running Equinox applicatiions and products work now. Needs some more refinement

* new Bundle dependency solver, should produce better solutions than the old one.

OSMORC-42: It is now possible to add an Osmorc facet to modules with more than one content root.

OSMORC-41: CachingBundleInfoProvider didn't take into account that jars and zips without manifest files are possible.
