OSMORC-47: Osmorc no longer removes dependencies on non-Osmorc modules
Refactored the whole thing a bit on this occasion.

OSMORC-39: Running Equinox applicatiions and products work now. Needs some more refinement

* new Bundle dependency solver, should produce better solutions than the old one.

OSMORC-42: It is now possible to add an Osmorc facet to modules with more than one content root.

OSMORC-41: CachingBundleInfoProvider didn't take into account that jars and zips without manifest files are possible.

Added an editor for additonal run properties for Equinox. It's now possible to choose whether to start the Equinox OSGI console or not.
Begun working on starting Equinox applications and products.

Basic running of bundles with Equinox now works.

Updated build.xml for 0.6.0 release.
