Osmorc Code

Added an editor for additonal run properties for Equinox. It's now possible to choose whether to start the Equinox OSGI console or not.
Begun working on starting Equinox applications and products.

Basic running of bundles with Equinox now works.

Fixed a broken test.

Now the default configuration generated for a new facet uses the project default manifest file location and a default jar file location is also set.

Now uses forward slashes in jar file location to enable path macro replacement.

Now framework instance libraries are not bundlified.
