Add a logger to the omcclp client application

Fix the client so that it gets the UFiP to the session object. The client needs the session object so that it can determine the current working target.

Move handling of Realizes and SystemDevice for Memory out of CompositeDeviceProvider into SystemMemoryProvider, because it's a special case: one instance of logical OMC_Memory is realizes by ALL instances of OMC_PhysicalMemory. NOTE: This requires that you update your schema with the new omc-system-memory-profile.mof into smash namespace.
