added two test scripts

Add a limiter to the getUFcTsFromCIMObjectPath method to allow the single instance version to stop once it has found a single instance

Replace some duplicate code with the stripUFiS() function

Add a common function to strip the UFiS from a UFiT to produce a UFcT

Reverse the property value display so that the actual value is printed first followed by the valuemap value

Add a test for property selection

Allow a quoted string to contain a forward slash

Define an alternate getCmdMethodName() method that takes a targetpath object rather than a CIMObjectPath. Also fixes the delete command.
