new alpha

- prioritising _intensity vs _F_squared in the case both are in the filesystem.obj
- swapping atom in FREE/BIND to improve the chance of writing a working instruction into the INS (trying to avoid _0)

reading reflection from experimental intensity loop...

+1 on the FREE/BIND to INS

- reworking residues referencing in CONN again
- allowing references to residue _0 although it seem shelxl does not support them in FREE at least...

- sorting atoms in adopted CIF so that AU atoms come first
- fixing the problem with duplicate reflections that are on special positions when expanding to P1
- adding -m option to sgen to move rather then generate the atoms
- some refactoring...

- removing equivalent reflections from the expanded set!
- sorting atoms in the exported CIF so that AU atoms come first
- a bit of refactoring

- do not skip atoms in the Au for the part
- allow manual X2-O(H2)
