OOFILE Frameworks Code

Refactored doxyoof.h into a number of files in the doxyDocs directory.

Initial checkin based on OOFILE version 1.4 plus the FreeImage reporting extensions added at SuperSoftware. Directory structure is a compromise with an include directory containing four categories, replacing the single include used in some Windows builds and the Mac-oriented policy of keeping all header files adjacent to classes. Files should be in DOS line ending format. Note that no Mac resources are included so some .rsrc and .PPob files are missing compared to version 1.4. This source includes the free oofram and ooframp backends but not the commercial c-tree Plus or dBase backends.
