Removed buggy single quotes around variable name

Added functionality to create the styles.xml file. I also added in additional functions for better handling of the XML objects.

Updated ooolib.py to start building a broken, but generated ods file.

Added a class for creating the meta.xml file.

Added additional files to start bringing everything together.

Added default code for two default fonts.

Added default code for automatic styles.

Added additional stub scripts.

Working on developing a new method of internal organization in ooolib.

Added code to ooolibTable and modified other affected classes.
