#955 XLSX:Unexpected error:Input string was not in correct format
Step to reproduce the issue :
>Downloaded a Excel Template file from Microsoft Excel template 2007. In Microsoft Office Online->Expense Reports->12 Month Expenses Template [Please see the attached file "12 Month Expenses Template1.zip"].
>Using ODF Shell converter to convert this file to ODS [i.e. Reverse conversion XLSX->ODS].
Converting file to ODS as follows.
D:\CommandLineTool.3.0.5250>OdfConverter /batch-xlsx .

[ERROR][D:\CommandLineTool.3.0.5250\12 Month Expenses Template1.xlsx] Conversion failed - Error during conversion
An unexpected error occurred: Input string was not in a correct format.
>Conversion Failed and doesn't create an ODS file.
Expected Result: Conversion should be sucessful and The ODS file should be created.
Actual Result: Conversion failed, And The ODS file is not generated in reverse conversion[OOX->ODF].
Environment used are:
OS: Windows XP(SP2)
ODF Addin: V3.0.5250
