Q: Do you provide technical support for Oct.0 or for any set-ups/rigs/systems that incorporate this software in their workflow?
A: While not being a software publishing company, or a full-time programmer – currently I do not have the means or the time to provide full technical support other than basic bug-tracking or minor adjustments. Updates and fixes will be available from time to time, but this does not qualify for full time support.

Q: Can you port the software to work with other camera manufacturers bodies?
A: I am a photographer. Not a full time programmer. And as such my experience in working with various SDK’s from different companies is very limited. So the answer to Sony / Canon / Fuji / Olympus / Panasonic users – is “No”. At least for time being.

Q: Can you port Oct.0 to work with Nikon DSLR bodies?
A: Mirrorless Z series and Nikon DSLR bodies are very different beasts in terms of LV functionality. And as a result, in order to make the software compatible with DSLR bodies – a lot of code changes needs to be carried out. And currently I do not have the time for this. Perhaps in a nearby future I will find the courage and the time to rewrite the code to work with DSLR bodies as well.

Q: Can you add XXXX function to the Oct.0?
A: Currently, I have incorporated all of the necessary functionally that I was lacking in my particular workflow. But if the idea is interesting – do not hesitate to drop me couple of lines via provided e-mail, and I will see if it’s possible or viable to enhance functionality in next releases.
